How is it August already? I have no idea! I promised myself to be more regular with the posts, but then a spontaneous 3 week trip to Croatia happened. And when you take a spontaneous 3 week trip, it somehow takes away your whole month just like that! So that's how it's August already, ok, get it!
So with this post-holiday blues, and after officially joining the mid-20s club (yep, this girl had a bday, got a year older, 10% wiser and 101% more capable of making up facts), I am finally ready to post all the photos from the pre-holiday shootings, starring the very bright tan.
I wanted to share with you guys this charming yellow dress! It instantly reminded me of childhood summers. The very simple silhouette, and the lace up detail that is recently often used as a sexy add on, to this particular dress only adds a touch of fun while still keeping it's innocent manner. The dress on its own looks quite decent, but to be honest, what makes this combination is layering the dress on top of a white t-shirt. As I imagined the dress in already mentioned childhood-like scenery, I could not go against myself and not match it with puffy sleeves! It brings out the mots fun and gets you ready for the cheekiest adventures of the summer.
I found it easy and super suitable to wear the combination with my favourite pair of sneakers; the white flatforms. They really bring out the retro mood of the outfit. To go full retro, accesorize it with the old classic - the white oval sunnies.
So bring the inner child in you, go out for some fun, break some rules (like we did with this over-the-top-crazy-adventures photo shoot in this amazingly beautiful private mews garden).
