Spring has sprung! And so has the realization of a long wished for blog. When I say long, I really mean it. I'm the queen of procrastination. But this queen needed to find a way to procrastinate on the thigh academic deadlines, so what is the better way to do it other than putting the blogging idea back into focus.  

I have decided to start of with this simple but effective outfit. These high waisted skinny jeans are the comfiest figure hugging item I came across recently. The material is super stretchy so it will feel like your other skin.

The bardot style crop top I managed to grab on sale. It was a while ago and I couldn't wait for warmer days to finally rock it. I tied the straps into bows which gave the outfit adorable and flirty vibe. Alternatively leave the ties hanging down for a cool and nonchalant touch. (It will also give you that wow effect while in motion!)

I finished the look with red fringe sandals. As the jeans are cut above the ankle it could visually make your legs shorter (especially if you're petite), so I found it essential for this style to combine it with high heels. They also add up a fun and dancey element to the outfit (Did someone say Grease?!)

Oh, and the most exiting thing about this outfit is that it adorably reminded me of Grease! For a day I felt like Sandy and I can not wait for a chance to do it all over again. For the same effect play 'You're the one that I want' on repeat and try a similar outfit, it's so worth it!
